Our membership policy
This website is about accommodations where you can stay with Baptists. Obviously there should be some connection between the accommodation and a Baptist, a Baptist Church or Union or other Baptist organization. Most of the visitors will be Baptists as well, but other people are welcome to use this website too.
Our aim
As an initiative of the European Baptist Federation, we offer this website as a meeting point between people looking for accommodation and Baptists with suitable accommodation. It is our aim to promote fellowship between Baptists in the European Region.
Information about accommodation
We expect the owner or caretaker of accommodation to give correct information about their accommodation. To be an effective meeting place it is of the greatest importance that the presentation reflects the real situation of the property and facilities. Always remember that your place can be reviewed by members of this website. Good reviews might bring more visitors.
Booking and reservation
Stay with Baptists is an open directory. People book accommodation through the owner or caretaker. You cannot reserve or book accommodation through this website. We do not receive any payment directly related to your booking. Any complaints need to be handled by the owner or caretaker without our interference. Should a problem arise, the owner or caretaker and the visitor should look for a satisfactory solution together.
The role of the moderator
The moderator of this website handles questions and comments about this website. You can use the contact form on this website for questions and comments. The moderator can edit and remove reviews and descriptions of accommodation when necessary. It is our policy to contact the member(s) involved first but we do not need the permission of the member(s) involved. In rare cases the moderator can remove a member from this directory. All cases of interference through the moderator are logged. These reports are available for the people involved. Our annual report will contain (anonymous) information about these reports.
Membership ends
All free members can quit their membership anytime they want. Accommodation registered by these members will be removed from the directory automatically. Advanced members are requested to contact the moderator about ending their membership.
